At this time, Santa Maria Apartments has a CLOSED waiting list.  This means that our current waitlist is at 2 years before an applicant can move in from the time that the application was submitted.  At this time, no applications will be accepted and no list of names of those who wish to apply will be kept.

Once the waitlist is OPENED again, we will let all applicants know.
